Shasta co-designed the right treatment plan with me. She also shared recent literature and science that supported her recommendations for treatment. It is reassuring to have a doctor whose #1 priority is to help you be and feel your best self. It is also reassuring to have a doctor who continues to educate herself, avoiding outdated practices and assumptions. I trust that Shasta will monitor my health closely in the future and is invested in my whole well-being.

For over 15 years I have battled multiple different health issues and as I was getting older, they were just getting worse. I knew I needed to find someone that could truly help me, and I did! Shasta has been such an incredible blessing! I know for the first time in my life, I'm on the right track. Looking forward to feeling better than ever. The entire staff at Remedi are incredible and so very helpful.

Shasta was very thorough in reviewing my blood work and making changes to my medications and supplements. I felt that she listened to my concerns and made good suggestions. Each visit is personalized to the patient. Shasta really listens to your concerns about taking medications or other supplements, I feel like I really have a say in this health journey too. I can ask questions, and she is knowledgeable and provides other options if applicable. I appreciate the time, information and effort she provides.
